How do coffee beans differ from harvest-to-harvest?
This is very similar to grape harvests in the making of wine. That is part of the fun of new tastes. Coffee beans can vary each harvest or from the beginning to the end of a harvest. In fact, coffee may differ slightly from bag-to-bag from the same coffee plantation!
Where will you ship your coffee?
We offer shipping options in the shopping cart to the entire United States and any U.S. protectorate. Shipping options are limited to Hawaii and Alaska.
How fast will I receive my coffee?
We roast and ship your coffee fresh every weekday. Generally, orders received by 8:00 AM (Pacific) will be included in that day's orders. Time in transit is the responsibility of the shipper chosen. If the roastery will be closed more than a couple days for maintenance or vacation, we will post a notice of the schedule on the website.
Can I order over the telephone?
Yes. Call us with your order at (408) 426-8026 and we will process your credit card order securely.
Will you accept checks or money orders?
Yes. We will be happy to ship your order after we deposit your check. Submit your order online and it will generate an order number. Please include that order number on your check and mail it to:

Can I email my order to you?
Yes. Registered Pacifico Primo Coffee Club subscribers who purchase by credit card can email your order and we will process your order. If we do not have credit card information on our secure servers, we will contact you for account setup. You will receive email confirmation of your order.
